What’s your story?

We created Pittsford MRKT to provide retailers with a space to launch their brand, test the market and build customer loyalty. Our short-term rental options provide businesses with the opportunity to boost visibility and sales without the risk that comes with having to sign an expensive long-term contract. In addition to serving as a pop up space, the MRKT is also a great place to host events.

Where are you located?

We are located at 5 Monroe Avenue near the corner of Main Street and Monroe Ave in the Village of Pittsford.

Is Pittsford MRKT ADA accessible?

Yes, the entire space including our restroom is ADA accessible. 

What is the parking situation?

There are two parking spots directly in front of the MRKT. Additional parking is available on Main Street and behind the MRKT in the village lot.

How many guests can Pittsford MRKT accommodate?

Our maximum capacity is 25 guests.

What are your business hours?

Renters have access to the space between the hours of 8am and 10pm.

Can I bring in my own food and beverages?

Yes, catered food and beverages can be brought in.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Venmo, cash and check.

What are your payment terms?

50% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 50% is due 7 days prior to your event.

Is there a damage deposit and/or cleaning fee? 

Yes, there is a $750 damage deposit fee and $200 cleaning fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

All deposits are non-refundable. 

What is your trash removal policy?

The renter is responsible for all trash removal.

Do I need a building permit?

Yes. The permit can be obtained at the Village of Pittsford Office located at 21 N. Main St. Their phone number is 585-586-4332.

Do I need event insurance?

Yes. Please contact your insurance agent. We can also recommend an agent if you do not have one.

Can I rent the space with another vendor?

Yes, we do allow joint rentals for vendors who would like to host an event or pop-up together. Please contact us to discuss your request.

Are long-term rentals available?

Yes, we would consider a long-term rental for the right vendor. Please contact us to discuss your request.
